Running a custom sweep

Configure source functions.
Examples – The following commands restore defaults and set the bias
current to 50μA:

Configure the sweep.
Examples – The following commands configure a single custom sweep
with five points, different delay and compliance settings for each point, auto
source range, and compliance abort disabled:
SOUR:SWE:SPAC LIST
SOUR:SWE:RANG AUTO
SOUR:LIST:CURR 3e-3,1e-3,4e-3,
5e-3,2e-3
SOUR:LIST:DEL 3,1,4,5,2
SOUR:LIST:COMP 3,1,4,5,2
SOUR:SWE:COUN 1
SOUR:SWE:CAB OFF
Arm and run the sweep:
SOUR:SWE:ARM
INIT
When the sweep is done, turn the source output off with this command:
OUTP OFF
