CLEANING THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER

This grinder cleaning cycle removes oil build-up on the burrs which can impede performance.

Unlock hopper Empty hopper

Unlock top burr Remove top burr
ADVANCED CLEANING FOR THE CONICAL BURR GRINDER
This step is only required if there's a blockage between the grinding burrs and the grinder outlet.

GRIND SIZE
POWER GRIND AMOUNT FILTER SIZE
Remove hopper Set 'GRIND SIZE' to '1'
(finest)

PUSH TO GRIND
Unblock the grinds exit Clean chute with brush
chute using the cleaning
brush or a pipe cleaner
WARNING
Care should be taken as the grinder burrs are extremely sharp.

Replace hopper Lock hopper

Clean burr with brush Clean lower burr with
cleaning brush

LOOSEN NUT
Use 10mm socket. Rotate Set 'GRIND SIZE' to '16'
'Clockwise' to remove nut (coarsest)

Insert grind fan & washers Insert Lower Burr (drive pin
using long nose pliers & cavity to align). Insert
flat washer & spring washer

Run grinder empty

Clean chute with brush

Remove top burr

TIGHTEN NUT
Rotate 'Anti-clockwise' to
tighten nut

Unlock hopper Remove hopper
DOUBLE

Before removing the lower Remove grind fan & washers
burr, loosen nut & remove using long nose pliers
spring & flat washer

Insert top burr Set 'GRIND SIZE' to '5'.
Insert hopper
