(DPF) Status and Work Restriction
The soot load in the (DPF) is below
60%.
Work is possible
The soot load in the (DPF) is 60-80%
(DPF) will regenerate soon
automatically after engine is
started
Work is possible
The soot load in the (DPF) is 80-100%
(DPF) will regenerate soon
automatically after engine is
started
Work is possible
The soot load in the (DPF) is
100-140%
(DPF) will regenerate soon
automatically after engine is
started
It is possible to start work after
completion of auto regeneration, with
all indicator lights are "OFF" and
engine speed has returned to normal
speed.
The soot load in the (DPF) is
60–80% and (DPF) is regenerating
automatically
Work is possible
The soot load in the (DPF) is
80–100% and (DPF) is regenerating
automatically
Work is possible
The temperature at the (DPF) outlet
is over 300°C (572°F) after auto
regeneration
The indicator light will be turned of
under 300°C (572°F)
Work is possible
The soot load in the (DPF) is
100-140% and (DPF) is regenerating
automatically.
Engine power is de-rated 50% and
engine speed is limited to 1800 rpm.
Have to STOP work
It is possible to start work after
completion of auto regeneration, with
all indicator lights are "OFF" and
engine speed has returned to normal
speed.
The soot load in the (DPF) is over
140% and the engine has been
shutdown.
Contact you authorized dealer
immediately. If restarting the engine,
the engine can run for only thirty
seconds to escape an emergency.
