Perform the following inspections with the engine off.

Tires
Brake Operation
Brake Fluid Levels
Brake Components
Throttle
Clutch
Front Suspension
Steering
Rear Suspension
Rear Drive Belt
Sidestand
Fasteners
Mirrors
Check the oil level. See page 38.
Check the fuel level. See page 39.
Check the coolant level in the recovery bottle. See page 57.
Check the vehicle and the ground/floor for any fuel, oil, coolant or hydraulic
fluid leaks.
Inspect condition, pressure and tread depth. See page 73.
Inspect pedal and lever movement.
Check front and rear brake fluid levels. See pages 40 and 41.
Inspect hoses and connections.
Inspect hand grip and throttle movement.
Check lever operation and freeplay.
Check for leaks, debris and damage.
Check for smooth operation by turning handlebars full left and full right.
Check mounting and inspect for leaks. Check for proper preload adjustment,
adjust if needed. See page 69.
Check for wear or damage.
Verify smooth operation, inspect pivot bolt and spring.
Inspect for loose, damaged or missing fasteners.
Adjust for proper rear view.
