Fault diagnosis
Read the section "Important Safety Information" first.
Mira products are fully performance tested after assembly. In the unlikely event that
you experience problems with your shower the following procedure will enable you to
undertake basic fault finding before contacting Kohler Mira Limited for further assistance
or spare parts as necessary.
If after completing the checks no improvement in performance is experienced, then
further investigation should be undertaken by the person responsible for installing
your shower. Only competent persons should remove the cover of the shower control.
Malfunction
Cold water flow from
the shower handset.
No flow or low flow
rate from the shower
handset.
Cold water when hot
is selected or vice
versa.
Too high flow when
flow control is fully
open.
Drip from the shower

handset.

A small amount of water may be retained in the shower head after the shower
control has been turned off. This may drain off over a period of minutes and
should not be confused with a "Defective flow control".
MAINTENANCE
Cause

Hot water used up.

boilers or instantaneous water
heaters.
