Tighten the counter-nut " B ".
Check again whether the requirements for the first and
second
parts of the adjustment are met.
Some troubles and their remedies.
The machine moves backward during the first part of the test
(instead of forward).
Solution: Loosen nut " A ", turn counter-nut " B " clockwise, which
is identical with lengthening the Rod "A" (A 26/3/21), then
tighten the nut " A ".
The machine moves forward during the second part of the test
(instead of backward).
Solution: Loosen nut " A ", turn counter-nut " B " counter-clock-
wise, tighten nut " A ".
The machine moves forward during the first part of the test and
moves backward during the second part of the test. However,
the
material moves more during the first part of the test than during
the second part of it.
Solution: Loosen nut " A ", turn counter-nut " B " counter clock-
wise, tighten nut " A ".
The machine moves forward during the first part of the test and
moves backward during the second part of it. However, the
mate
rial moves more during the second part of the test than during
the
first part of it.
Solution: Loosen nut "A", turn counter-nut "B" clockwise, tighten
nut " A ".
The adjustments by means of the counter nut " B ': are very sen-
sitive, a very slight turn of the counter-nut " B ", therefore, is en-
tirely sufficient.
Repeat above adjustments, if necessary.
