Your Instal ler may have set up Par ti tions to turn
ON/OFF at pre set ti mes. This com mand will al low you
to turn the Sche du ler ON/OFF, and Ena ble/Di sa ble au -
to ma tic ON/OFF con trol.
Use A and B to scroll the Par ti tions, and the ON and
OFF keys to Ena ble/Di sa ble the Sche du ler.

n Teleservice request
If your Instal ler has set up this fa ci lity, this com mand will
al low you to re quest on-line as si stan ce (ma in te nan ce
that does not re qui re com po nents or wi ring). Te le ser vi -
ce re quests will be con fir med by the fol lo wing mes sa ge:

The Te le ser vi ce re quest will stop any on go ing Te lep ho ne
calls (Te le ser vi ce re quests from the User have prio rity
over ot her call types), and will send the Te le ser vi ce call (or
calls) to the Instal ler te lep ho ne num ber (or num bers).

This com mand will al low you to Ena ble/Di sa ble the
Con trol pa nel to re ce i ve Te le ser vi ce calls. The com -
mand will be con fir med by the fol lo wing mes sa ge:

Press the ENTER but ton to con firm and re turn to the
User menu.
If the user ena bles the Ma in te nan ce mode (Ma in te nan -
ce ON) and the con trol unit is con nec ted to the te lep ho -
ne line, the in stal ler will be able to per form the fol lo wing
pro ce du res re mo tely, as well as on site:
Ø View the Con trol pa nel sta tus — Par ti tion sta tus;
Alarm me mory, Bypas sed zo nes, Zone sta tus, Event
log ger, Pe rip he ral de vi ce status, etc.
Ø Chan ge the Con trol pa nel sta tus — Chan ge Par -
ti tion sta tus, Cle ar the Alarm me mory and Bypass
zo nes (ac ti ve User Code required).
Ø Chan ge the Con trol pa nel pa ra me ters — if all the
par ti tions are di sar med and the Par ti tion Pa trol Ti mes
are not ac ti ve.
The Te le ser vi ce fa ci lity al lows the Instal ler to check and
work on the Con trol pa nel from a re mo te com pu ter, and
carry out ma in te nan ce work that does not re qui re new
wi ring or com po nents.

n Ena ble/Di sa ble Answe ring device
This com mand will al low you to turn ON/OFF the
Answe ring de vi ce. If the Answe ring de vi ce is ON, the
Con trol pa nel will an swer in co ming calls with a Vo i ce
mes sa ge. This fa ci lity is pro vi ded by the K3-VOX2 Vo i -
ce bo ard (ac ces sory item).
The Answe ring de vi ce can fun ction even if the
K3-VOX2 Vo i ce bo ard is ab sent, but in this case the re
aren't vo i ce mes sa ges.

Applian ces)
If your Instal ler has set up your system to con trol ap -
plian ces (sprin klers, lights, etc.), this com mand will al -
low you to turn the ap plian ces ON/OFF ma nually.
To turn ON/OFF Out puts (ap plian ces):
1. Use A and B to scroll the list.

(ap plian ce). The di splay will show the cur rent sta tus.

If your Instal ler has pro gram med your Con trol pa nel to
send Alarm calls, it will call the pro gram med te lep ho ne
num bers each time an Alarm oc curs. In the event of a
Fal se Alarm, this com mand will al low you to in ter rupt
the on go ing call, and cle ar the call que ue.
