Yealink Skype for Business HD IP Phones Administrator Guide
To export a contact list via web user interface:
Click on Directory->Local Directory.

Click Export XML (or Export CSV).

Click Save to save the contact list to your local system.

To add a contact to the local directory via phone user interface:
Press Directory->Local Directory->All Contacts.

Press the Add soft key.

Enter name, address, work number, mobile number, home number, title and email in the

corresponding fields.

If the contact name already exists in the directory, the LCD screen will prompt "Contact name

Local Favorites
You can add local contacts as favorites on the Skype for Business phone. You can also reorder
your favorites by assigning the contact a different index number.
To add a local favorite via web user interface:
Click on Directory->Local Directory.

In the Contacts block, enter the contact name, office, mobile, other numbers, Email,

address and title in the corresponding fields.
Select the desired ring tone from the pull-down list of Ring Tone.

Select the Favorites group from the pull-down list of Group.

Enter the index number in the Favorite Index fields.
