Yealink Skype for Business HD IP Phones Administrator Guide
Configures the waiting time (in seconds) for the Skype for Business phone to automatically
dial out the hotline number.
If it is set to 0 (0s), the Skype for Business phone will immediately dial out the preconfigured
hotline number when you lift the handset, press the Speakerphone/off-hook key or press
the line key.
If it is set to a value greater than 0, the Skype for Business phone will wait the designated
seconds before dialing out the predefined hotline number when you lift the handset, press
the Speakerphone/off-hook key or press the line key.
Web User Interface:
Features->General Information->Hotline Delay(0~10s)
Phone User Interface:
Menu->Features->Hotline->HotLine Delay
To configure hotline via web user interface:
Click on Features->General Information.

Enter the hotline number in the Hotline Number field.
2.
Enter the delay time in the Hotline Delay(0~10s) field.
3.
Click Confirm to accept the change.
4.
To configure hotline via phone user interface:
Press Menu->Features->Hot Line.

Enter the hotline number in the Hot Number field.
2.
Enter the waiting time (in seconds) in the Hotline Delay field.

Press the Save soft key to accept the change.
