REMOVING A 9332 DISK UNIT(S)
This section takes you through the steps necessary to remove a
9332 Disk Unit(s) from your computer.
The steps
must
be done in the indicated order:
1 .
Save the information that is now on the 9332 Disk Unit(s).
2.
Delete the information from the 9332 Disk Unit(s).
3.
Run the configure-customize program to delete the 9332
Disk Unit from the disk configuration.
Only one drive can be deleted from the configuration at a
time.
4.
Physically remove the 9332 Disk Unit from the computer.
Repeat steps
1
through
4
to remove a second drive.

9332 Disk Units are removed one at a time starting at the end
of the logical chain. The end of the logical chain is the 9332
Disk Unit with the terminator installed.
To remove a 9332 Disk Unit that is not at the end of the logical
chain (a drive
#0),
you must remove drive
#1,
remove drive
#0,
then reinstall drive
#1
(making it the new drive
#0).
Only previously configured-customized disk units can be
removed.
