You have the EIA or Autocall communications cable. Pull the
cable connector out from the wrap connector.

Push the cable connector into the modem.

The Autocall unit might be part of the modem.
Be sure your Autocall cable connects to
socket

or Von the computer. If you are
unsure, call the person responsible for
modem installation.
Also, check that the EtA modem, Autocall
unit, or X.25 unit is connected to an electrical
source.
