Section 1. What Must Be Done Before Setup
Make sure you have read How to Use This Manual on page vii.
Safety Precautions

Are the grounded electrical outlets installed?
The power plug on your computer is approved
for use with this device and meets the
laboratory or test-house standards. For your
safety, the power cord plug must be
connected to a properly wired and grounded
outlet. An improperly wired outlet can place
hazardous voltages on accessible metal parts
of this computer. The customer is responsible
for the outlet wiring.
The system manager is the person responsible
for planning the setup of your
computer.
