File Manager

KExtrasKFile Manager
Use the phone's file manager like a
PC file manager to organize your
internal (phone memory) and
external (MultiMediaCard, optional)
storage.
On the MultiMediaCard you can
store files such as images, messages,
sounds and Java™ applications.
The file manager main view opens
and folders and files are listed.
File and folder handling
You can Move, Copy,
several marked files.
The following functions are only
available when no file or folder is
marked:
a file with the corresponding
Open
application to see its Properties, or to
Rename it.
File and folder options
Open, Move, Copy, Delete, Properties,
Rename, Exit.
Folder navigation
To navigate between the folder
levels, move the joystick left/right.

Delete a single or
Search modes
There are three search modes
available.
M
Enter one character
(invisible) and the
selection will be
positioned at the first
matching entry.
OptionsKSearchKGoto
Enter a search string and the
matching list will be shown.
OptionsKSearchKFilter
Enter a search string and a list of all
matching entries will be shown.
Sort modes
Set sort criteria:
Ascending, Decending, Sort by name,
Sort by date, Sort by type, Sort by size.
Send
The phone offers several methods of
sending files via different
transmission routes. Only available
when a file is selected. For further
