Verify Communication Between the Director and HAFM Appliance

Follow these steps to check director-to-server communication:
1. At the HAFM application main window (physical map or product list), inspect

Operational—Director-to-server communication has been established,
the director is operational, and no failures are indicated.
Degraded—Director-to-server communication has been established,
but the director is operating in degraded mode and requires service.
This condition is typical if a port or redundant FRU fails. Go to
