Message Alerts are used by external applications (also called OAI applications) such as
nurse call systems. If such systems are installed in your facility, you may adjust their ring
characteristics to differentiate them from other rings. Contact your system administrator
to find out if these options are available.

Noise Mode

Provides options that describe the noise level in your environment. Changing this mode
