SIP Software
Your Avaya 3641/3645 IP Wireless Handset is designed to be used like a cell phone on a public
switched telephone network (PSTN).
Only one call is active at any given time. The active call has audio associated with it. There may
be multiple other calls:
On hold
In an ―Incoming call‖ or ―Ringing‖ state
This chapter provides basic operating instructions for the Avaya 3641/3645 IP Wireless Handset
configured with SIP Software. This chapter contains instructions on how to:
Turn the handset on and off
Change the language
Lock and unlock the keypad
Place a call
Place an emergency call
Answer or reject a call
Place a call on hold

Navigate among call tabs
