Job Separation Sheet

When you use a Job Separation Sheet, scanning is carried out in the same way
as regular scanning except that you select the detection setting when you instruct
start of scanning.

Make the scan settings and scan the document according to the
currently selected feed mode.
Refer to the page indicated for details on each feed mode.
Remote mode:
Semi-Auto mode: "Scanning in the Semi-Auto mode" (P.37)
Auto mode:

When the Start Scanning dialog box is displayed, click the
Separation Sheet tab
• None
Does not detect the Job Separation Sheet.
• Scan, Continue Scanning
Records the details of the Job Separation Sheet as an image and continues
scanning.
• Skip, Continue Scanning
Continues scanning without recording the details of the Job Separation
Sheet as an image.
• Scan, Stop Scanning
Records the details of the Job Separation Sheet as an image and stops
scanning.
• Skip, Stop Scanning
Stops scanning without recording the details of the Job Separation Sheet as
an image.
