Scanning a Document
Setting Basic Scan Conditions
Set the basic scan conditions in the "Scanner Settings" dialog box.
There are five items to set in the basic scan conditions: Mode, Resolution, Page
Size, Brightness and Contrast. For details on settings, see "2.4 Setting Scan
Conditions" (P.60).

Click [OK] to return to the scan operation screen.

Sets the type of image to be scanned.
Sets the resolution (dpi).
Specifies the size of the document to be scanned.
Adjusts the brightness of the entire scanned image.
Adjust the contrast of the entire scanned image.
