How to remove and replace the front fan

Should you need to replace front fan, follow the steps below.
Tools
1. One 5" long Philip screw driver
2. One 10" long Philip screw driver
Before you start, do the following first!
 Power down the unit.
 Disconnect the power cord from the unit.
 Remove top cover.
 Remove all 3 party PCIe cards in the unit.
