1. Verify the ambient temperature of the room. If the
temperature of the environment is out of spec, advise
the customer of the printers environmental
specifications.
2. Run the Ink Melt 2 test.
3. Check and reseat wiring to the ink loader.
4. Replace the ink loader.
5. Replace the I/O board.
