Step 7: Install grease pan and cup
Required: grease pan, grease cup, grease cup holder.
Assemble the grease pan into position at the bottom
of the grill base from the left side. The base has a
guide track so the pan can easily slide in and out.
Start the narrow end of the pan into the track, and
slide in half way.
Insert a grease cup into the cup holder, then hook
the holder onto the slots at the end of the pan.
Slide the pan in fully (Fig 7).
Step 8: Assemble Base Side Panels
Required: (2) Base side Panels, Rear Panel, (4/8*) shoulder screws, (10/6*) self tap screws. *Natural models
Screw (2) shoulder screws into the inside face of each left leg. Attach the base panel to the left side by
hooking the four slots in the edges of the panel over the shoulder screws, and pushing the panel downwards
(Fig 8A). Repeat for the right side if the grill is a natural gas model. If the grill is an LP model, assemble the
concave right base panel to the right legs with (4) self-tapping screws (Fig 8B). Ensure the propane regula-
tor is outside the panel, with the hose in the notch at the upper left corner of the panel. This panel is not
removable like the left panel (Fig. 8C).
Insert the bottom panels of the cabinet by placing the lips of the panels on the front and rear leg brace. For
Propane Models, the panel with the holes is to be placed on the right and secured with four self-tapping
screws.
