Step 6: Install Front Panels and Door
Required: Front door, (2) leg panels, (8) self tap screws, (2) shoulder screws, (1) nylon insert nut.
Fasten the two leg panels to the bottom pan (from behind the panels) with 2 screws each, then to the upper
door support with (2) screws each (fig 6A).
Snap the nylon insert nut into the square hole at the left side of the bottom pan opening. Assemble the door
by inserting the top hinge pin at the left side of the upper door support into the hole in the top door flange,
then attach the bottom left flange of the door to the insert nut in bottom pan with the shoulder screw (Fig
6B). The door should swing freely. Screw 2 nd Shoulder screw into base panel to act as a door stop (locate
at right side of door).
