Mount a new lock ring
Check for correct functioning.

The autodecompression spring does not turn the autodecompression shaft fully
back to the stop:
Tighten the autodecompression spring or replace it.

Check the camshaft for damage and wear.

If there is damage or wear:
Change the camshaft.
If the cam surface is damaged, check the oil supply to the camshaft and
rocker arm.
Measure the cams of the camshaft.

If the measured value does not equal the specified value:
Change the camshaft.
Clean all parts well.
