Position the manifold and mount springs
Mount and tighten screw
Specification
Remaining screws, chassis
Fit the main silencer. (

Position the swingarm, shock absorber and rear wheel together. Insert the swingarm
pivot.

Having an assistant is helpful in this step.
Ensure that the engine is adequately secured and will not fall over.

Fully tighten screws

Position the shock absorber. Mount and tighten screw

Screw, top shock absorber
Reconnect spring
Position the foot brake cylinder. Mount and tighten screws

Remaining screws, chassis

Position the bellows on the foot brake cylinder.
Connect the negative (minus) cable of the battery.
Remove the motorcycle from the work stand. (
Install the engine sprocket. (
Install the carburetor. (
Refill the coolant. (
Make a short test ride.
Check the engine for leakage.
Check the engine oil level. (
Check the gear oil level. (
Check the cooling system for leakage.
Check the coolant level. (
