10. Align the two holes in the new card reader with the corresponding screw holes in the card reader and
USB 2.0 assembly bracket. Then, install the two screws to secure the card reader.

11. Route the card reader cable through the corresponding hole and connect it to the system board. See
"Parts on the system board" on page 37.
12. Insert the metallic tabs
in the chassis. Then, align the hole in the bracket with the corresponding screw hole in the chassis and
install the screw to secure the bracket.

13. Pivot the drive bay assembly downward. See "Pivoting the drive bay assembly upward and downward"
on page 93.
14. Reinstall the optical drive. See "Replacing the optical drive" on page 91.
15. Reinstall the front bezel. See "Replacing the front bezel" on page 88.
