Win7 system?
There are two solutions to fix it:
Go to Control PanelUser Account and Family SafetyUser Account Control; click
Turn User Account on or off. Cancel "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your
computer"; Refer to Fig 7-4.
Right click IE browser, select "Run as administrator" to run browser. Refer to Fig 7-5.
