Preparing for installation
To remove the server cover
1.
2. Loosen the three thumbscrews at the rear of the top cover.
3. Remove the server cover by pulling the cover toward the rear of the chassis, and
4. Clip the lead from your ESD wrist strap to an unpainted metal section of the chassis.

Take precautions to protect internal components. Electrostatic discharge (ESD)
can render boards damaged or unusable. Wear an ESD wrist strap.
