HEATING PLATE CONTROL - COOKING ZONE CONTROL
Before the first use, it is recommendable to heat each heating plate at maximum heat level for
3 minutes to burn out the anticorrosion coat and various other products used in the
manufacture, which will be accompanied with light unpleasant smell. Then ventilate the room
well.
Do not put wet saucepans and lids on the heating plates and do not leave hot saucepans to
cool down on the heating plates that are turned off. Humidity causes corrosion of the plates.
The power of individual heating plates is controlled with corresponding knobs.
Normal heating plate
φ 145 mm / 1000 W
φ 180 mm / 1500 W
Rapid heating plate
φ 145 mm / 1500 W
φ 180 mm / 2000 W
Rapid heating plate (the one with a red circle in the centre) reaches its maximum temperature
faster than a normal heating plate. The red circle may wipe off over time, due to cleaning and
heating.
