AutoView 200, your PS/2 mouse will work with any attached PC - regardless of whether the computer is serial or PS/2 mouse compatible! An AutoView 200 unit will support from one to eight attached PCs, or Expansion for up channels. If more than eight channels are needed, multiple units can to 64 computers be cascaded together for expansion.
Product Overview In addition to using the on-screen menus, you can switch computer Push-button & channels in one of three easy ways: via the AutoView 200 channel keyboard switching push-buttons, with the Scan button or with a simple keyboard sequence.

Basic Operations Overview Your AutoView 200 may be operated in a non secure (no password required) or secure (password required) mode. All units ship defaulted to the non- secure mode. For information on implementing password security, see the “Administrator Functions” section of chapter 4.
Command Mode. Addr The letters over the push-buttons on your AutoView 200 are your PCs' addresses. Enter the letter, A-H, for the PC you're selecting. For cascaded systems, enter the address of the base unit first.

AutoView 200 Installer/User Guide The OSD Window This window lists all named channels in your AutoView 200 system. They will be listed alphabetically with their channel addresses and access status beside them. Beside the address there will be a small circle.

Setup Port Operations Cybex offers enhancement products that allow you to customize the AutoView 200 through the setup port. Features include automated OSD programming via the OSD Configuration Utility and FLASH Upgrades. Depending on the application, you may be asked to enable the setup port in the instructions that come with your AutoView enhancement.

There are two ways to scan through the channels in your AutoView 200 system, either by name or address. Please note that the AutoView 200 only scans the computers that are in your OSD list.

Verify that the video cable between the PC and the AutoView 200 is correctly connected. Verify that the monitor cable is correctly connected to the AutoView 200. Power down the computer. Connect the monitor directly to the computer and power up again. If the monitor operates correctly direct to the computer, contact Cybex Technical Support.
