Trouble shooting

Before trying to locate any fault, it must be made sure that the machine may
not move unintentionally. Before entering the danger zones, one of the
machine's safety facilities/devices must be actuated; in case of required work
on current-carrying parts, the machine must be cut off from the supply voltage
(using the main power switch).
9.6.1.

Error Messages control system

The following error messages can be displayed on the tablet:

Emergency stop button was pressed.
Safety bar was pressed.
Safety cable was opened.
"Control ON/OFF" is on off position.
Air supply is not connected.
Wrong pressure adjusted.
Air supply pressure is too low.
Frequency converter is in error state.
Timeout ready signal dryer.
Timeout squeegee carriage didn't start.
Timeout squeegee carriage didn't reach end position.
Only at option "Adjustable Indexspeed" available.
Communication with main frequency converter is
disturbed.
Fix Pin: Error fixing pin
Position Fail: Index position not reached
FU Ready Signal: Main frequency converter ready
signal is missing.
Pallet Unlocked: Signal pallets unlocked.
Drive Pin: Error transport pin.
Pos Sensor: Index position not reached
