4.10.5 Power PC Board_Pilot Arc / IgbT Driver Circuit (0558038315)

The Pilot Arc IGBT is gated on from the Main Power board PCB-2 via an IC on the power board.
The Pilot Arc IGBT is gated on from U9 Pin 7. This output is enabled when the microcontroller toggles
on the PA relay signal to U9 pin 3. This places a high on U9 pin 7 that forward biases the Pilot Arc IGBT,
through the pilot arc driver board PCB-5.
