Corporate Directory

You can lookup a coworker's number from your phone making it easier to give them a call. Your administrator
sets up and maintains the directory.

Search and Dial a Contact in the Corporate Directory

Procedure
Step 1
Press Contacts
Step 2 Select Corporate Directory.
Step 3
Select a search criteria.
Step 4 Enter your search criteria and press Submit.
Step 5 Select the contact.
Step 6 Press Call.

Personal Directory

Use the personal directory to store the contact information for friends, family, or coworkers. You can add
your own contacts to the personal directory and special speed dial codes to people who you often call.
