WARNUNG!
Der Drucker arbeitet mit Netzspannung! Be-
rührung spannungsführender Teile kann
lebensgefährliche Körperströme und Ver-
brennungen verursachen.
– Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Maschine
ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie das Netz-
oder Datenkabel anschließen.
– Drucker nur mit der auf dem Typenschild
angegebenen Netzspannung betreiben.
– Drucker nur an eine ordnungsgemäß
installierte Steckdose mit Schutzleiterkon-
takt anschließen.
Der Drucker kann bei Gefahr nur durch Zie-
hen des Netzsteckers vom Netz getrennt
werden!
– Zugang zur Netzsteckdose freihalten, an
die der Drucker angeschlossen ist.
1. Ein handelsübliches (USB-)Datenkabel [1A]
an den USB-Anschluss [1B] des
Druckers und an den dafür vorgesehenen
Anschluss des (Host-) Computers anstecken.
2. Schließen Sie das mitgelieferte Netzkabel
[2E] an den Netzanschluss des Druckers [2C]
und an eine Netzsteckdose an.

Alternativ können die Druckdaten über
RS232-, Centronics-(Option) oder Ethernet-
Schnittstelle übertragen werden (Einstellen
der Daten-Schnittstelle über

WARNING!
The printer operates on a system voltage.
Touching live parts can cause serious
electrical injuries and burns to the body.
– Make sure that the machine is switched off
before connecting the power supply cable
or the data cable.
– Only operate the printer using the system
voltage indicated on the nameplate.
– Only connect the printer to a grounded
power socket fitted to authorized stan-
dards.
In case of danger, the printer can only be dis-
connected from the power supply by remo-
ving the power plug from the power supply.
– Make sure that the power supply socket
for the printer is readily accessible.
1. Connect a standard USB data cable [1A] to
the USB connector [1B] at the printer and to
the appropriate connector at the (host) com-
puter.
2. Connect the supplied mains cable [2E] to the
mains connector at the printer [2C] and to a
mains socket.

Print data can also be transferred via the
RS232, Centronics (option) or Ethernet inter-
face (set the data interface with
INTERF.PARAM. > EASYPLUGINTERPR >
