Malfunctions

Problem
The machine does not work.
The machine does not
reponse.
Bad product taste.

Possible cause
When used for the first time: boiler
is still empty, boiler is being filled.
Boiler is not filling up or is filling up
too slowly. After 60 seconds the dis-
play will show "E3 Level error".
The boiler temperature is too low
because too much water is used.
Drip tray is full.
Waste bin full.
Waste bin is missing.
The door is open.
The machine is on standby.
The door is not closed correctly.
The rinsing program has not been
carried out.
The cleaning program has not been
carried out.
The brewer filter needs to be
replaced by a clean brewer filter.
The boiler needs service.
The brewer needs service.
Possible cause
Broken fuse.
The machine is switched off.
Broken cable.
The machine is in standby.
The canister is empty.
The canister is incorrectly posi-
tioned.
The outlet of the canister is
blocked.

Correction
No action required.
Check the water pressure. Turn
the water supply tap completely
open. Check the connection tube
for any kinks. Switch the
machine off and on again.
Wait until the boiler temperature
has reached the correct level.
Empty the drip trays.
Empty the waste bin.
Check the waste bin.
Close the door or use the door
pin.
Remove the standby mode in the
configuration menu.
Close the door.
Carry out the rinsing program.
