Quarterly Maintenance Requirements
Perform the following procedures every four months.
CAUTION:
Only qualified service personnel should perform preventive maintenance
on the dishwasheu.

Perform all the procedures described in the weekly maintenance requirements.
Refer to Part 3.4, Safety and Operation Checks, and perform all the checks
described in this part.
Close all water and steam supplies. Run the dishwasher for 2 minutes to relieve
water and steam pressure in the lines.
Disassemble the water and steam inlet line strainers and clean as necessary.

When working on the dishwasheu, disconnect the electric service andplace a red tag
at
the
disconnect switch to indicate work is being done on that circuit.

Disconnect the power to the dishwasher at the main service disconnect switch.
Tag the circuit to indicate work is being performed on that circuit.
Disconnect the power to the electric booster (if applicable) at the main service disconnect switch.
Tag the circuit to indicate work is being performed on that circuit.
Open the control cabinet enclosure(s) and check the tightness of all electrical
wiring connections.
Inspect all wiring for signs of heat damage, and replace if necessary,
Manually operate the contactors and overloads checking for free movement.
Close the control cabinet enclosures.
Inspect and tighten all mounting hardware. Replace missing or damaged fasteners with
stainless steel replacements.
Return the dishwasher to normal operation.
