bar and into the
frame as shown.
C. Loosely install
the two screws
removed in
step A. Once
both screws are
installed, securely
tighten both
screws.
D. Repeat steps A
through C for

cup holder (7)
Step 8: Time and Date
It's important that the date and time be set on the console so that your
exercise data can be time stamped. Please go to the Time Setting section on
(page 33) prior to using your treadmill.
