2 A new message will be indicated by a blue envelope symbol.
3 Select this message (click under the Time column).
4 Select the Listen to Message icon (or double click on the message).
5 The message will be played and the screen on your PCS will display the time
and date of the call and details of the caller.
6 Select Exit to return to the Incoming Call History.
7 The Message will now be displayed with an open blue envelope as this is
now an old message and will be deleted after 7 days (unless manually saved).
8 Select Exit again or press Esc to return to your Home Page.
