III. Interface
The RPU2 provides a 10/100/1000 Mbps fiber-optic interface in addition to console port,
AUX port, and 10/100/1000 Mbps electrical Ethernet interfaces.
System operating LED. Blinking means CPU is in normal
RPU
operation; steady ON or OFF means CPU has failed.
FAN
Steady ON means the FAN module is operating normally.
PWR1
Steady ON means the PSU 1 is operating normally, and
steady OFF means the PSU 1 is not present or has failed.
PWR2
Steady ON means the PSU 2 is operating normally, and
steady OFF means the PSU 2 is not present or has failed.
RPU
ON means CPU has received an alarm signal, such as PSU
or FAN alarm (due to overtemperature, for example).
FAN
ON means the FAN module is not present or its rotation is
blocked.
PWR1
ON means the PSU 1 has failed.
PWR2
ON means the PSU 2 has failed.
OFF means no card is present.
ON means a card is present and initialized.
Blinking means data is being transmitted or/and received.
OFF means no CF card is present.
ON means a CF card is present.
Blinking means the CF card is reading/writing data. To
prevent data corruption, do not remove the running CF card.
The RPU2 hardware reset button.
LINK
OFF means no link is present and ON means a link is
(green)
present.
OFF means no data is being transmitted or received on the
ACT
interface and blinking means data is being transmitted
(yellow)
or/and received.
