2. Insert a new LE nozzle F (counter-
holding the oil preheater).
Select the nozzle in accordance with
the details on page 31.

Please note
Only use nozzles marked
"V" (on the hexagon, see
illustration).
3. Insert rifling facility E as far as it will
go. Align ignition electrodes C to the
cable entries according to the holes
drilled. Install the oil burner nozzle
centrally into the restrictor.
4. Secure Allen screw D of the rifling
facility. Check nozzle gap "a".

Please note
An incorrectly adjusted nozzle
gap "a" can result in irregular
operation of the burner and
even a fault shutdown.

5. Refit mixing valve B. Tighten
screws A with a torque of ≥ 5 Nm/
≤ 8 Nm (see page 35).
