This topic describes the controller in terms of its common functions, running status, alarms,
settings, maintenance, and about information.

5.1 LCD

The NetCol5000-C has a 7-inch true color touch-sensitive LCD that provides a user-friendly
interface for you to perform query, settings, monitoring, and maintenance. The LCD backlight
automatically turns off if no operation is performed on the LCD in 3 minutes.

5.2 First Power-On

When the NetCol5000-C is powered on for the first time, the LCD displays the Basic Settings
screen. Configure parameters based on instructions, such as Language, Date, Time, Time
Zone, Monitoring mode. For detailed configuration steps, see
If you need to change temperature and humidity settings after first power-on, tap Settings >
System Settings, and then choose the T/H Sensor. If the teamwork mode is used, you are
required to configure related parameters for each NetCol5000-C. For details, see

 Users are classified into Admin, Engineer, Operator, and Guest. The Admin user has the highest
permission, followed by the Engineer, Operator and Guest users. The preset passwords for the
Admin, Engineer, and Operator are all 000001. The Guest user does not have a preset password.

For system security purposes, please change the preset password after first login. For details, see
User Settings; if you forget the password, see
 Users can change the password which login currently.

The Guest user can only start and shut down the NetCol5000-C, and query parameters on screens. If
you need to configure parameters and perform maintenance, please log in as other types of users.
