H) ZC SHROUD INSTALLATION:
Shroud assembly includes:
IMPORTANT: You will need the following items from the components packet included with the unit:
ASSEMBLE THE SHROUD - Figures H-1 & H-2

Loosen and remove the nuts on the upper grill. Place the upper grill rods through the holes in the shroud top piece and secure with the nuts. If
necessary, recess upper grill by re-positioning in one of the three mounting holes.

Secure the right and left shroud pieces to the top piece by aligning the (2) holes in the side pieces to the holes in the top piece. Secure with the
phillips head screws (2 ea. side).

OPTIONAL: Attach shroud extensions by aligning the slots in the shroud with desired hole in shroud extension. Secure with phillip-head screws.

Snap the rocker switch in place on the shroud.
5.
Slide one connector on one end of each rocker switch wire to the rocker switch.
ATTACH THE SHROUD
Attach the shroud to the insert by placing the
tabs on the left and right shroud pieces into
the holes in the insert. The shroud will set into place
CONNECT THE ROCKER SWITCH WIRES TO
THE VALVE.

Slide the remaining connectors on the rocker switch wires to the top and bottom terminals on the valve.
IMPORTANT: CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS, WHETHER FIELD OR FACTORY MADE, FOR LEAKS.

(1) Shroud right side with on/off rocker switch mounting hole
(1) Rocker switch wires
A small phillips head screwdriver to assemble the shroud and shroud extensions.
NOTE: You will need the upper grill from the grill set (ordered separately) to install in the shroud top piece.
