When a still picture is displayed for a long time, the picture may appear as printed on the screen . This
player has a screen saver function, but screen saver function does not operate when playing a CD.
Please preset the "LOGO SCREEN" of the player to OFF when playing CD with TV for a long time.
Screen saver function will not operate properly when a DVD, VCD menu picture shown. Take care not to

possible to make the parental lock work. This function
is effective onl y for a disc r eco rding the li mitation .
Therefore there are some discs for which the parental
lock does not work even if you change parental level.
When it is in action, scenes you do not want children
to watch will be skipped during playback. Please read
details in the user MEMOs of the disc.
Once a secret code is preset, the parental level of the
next pl ay cann ot be cha nged withou t resetting that
code. Therefore, please do not forget the code. This
presetting is possible only during a stop.

For DVD, there are 4 different specifications: Dolby Digital sound
(as used in movies), and Linear PCM (digita l sound of CD),DTS
