1. From the HOME SCREEN, press the DI-
RECT ACCESS ID Icon Key.
2. The Display will show the Batch, Sub and
Grand ID entry screen.

3. Cycle the DOWN ARROW Icon Key (
highlight the Grand ID.
4. Enter the Grand ID (up to 15 digits) using
the Numeric Keypad.
5. Press ENTER Key to enter ID Number.
6. To view the 200 possible Grand ID totals,
press the GRAND TOTALS Icon Key.
