clearing quantities and / or totals
Note: The Control can be programmed to
clear all partial counts. Refer to the Pro-
gramming Section later in this Guide for
complete instructions.

3B.Clear Grand Total (with Audit Trail Printout)
a. Select the GRAND Icon on the HOME
SCREEN. The Display will show the
GRAND HEADER SUMMARY screen.
b. Press the C/CE Key (the Display MUST
be allowed to flash for two seconds).
c. Press the ACCEPT Key (the Display re-
sets to zero, resets all grand totals).
4. Clear Individual Bag Counts
a. Select the BAG COUNT Icon Key (
on the HOME SCREEN. The Display will
show the Bag Count totals.
b. Cycle the DOWN ARROW Icon Key (
to highlight the individual bag count total
to be cleared.
c. Press the C/CE Key.
d. Repeat steps B and C to clear additional
individual bag count totals.
5. Clear All Bag Counts
a. Select the BAG COUNT Icon Key (
on the HOME SCREEN. The Display will
show the Bag Count totals.
b. Press the CLEAR ALL Key to clear all
bag count totals.
6. Clear Media Totals
a. Press the MEDIA Icon direct access key.
The Display will show the media screen.
b. Press the Check, Rolled Coin, Media 1
or Media 2 Icon key.
c. Enter amount to be cleared using the Nu-
meric Keypad.
d. Press the "--" Key to subtract the amount.
e. Repeat steps b -- d for any other
amounts to be cleared.
