Note: The sorter can be programmed to run
continuously if desired.
Instructions for proper printer operation are
discussed in the Programming Section later
in this Guide.
7. The total batch amount for the coins sorted
will appear on the HOME SCREEN. Press
the ACCEPT Key on the Control to add the
Batch Total to the Sub and Grand Total. An
audit trail (printout) will print the Batch Total
information if a Printer is utilized.
Note: If the batch total does not print proper-
ly, or does not space (advance) the tape
properly after printing, the printer may not be
properly initialized.
Instructions for proper printer initialization
are contained in the Printer User Guide.
8. Repeat Steps #3 through #6 for the second
and all subsequent batches.
All additional batch functions are described
in detail on the following pages.
9. When all Batch Totals have been processed,
press the UPPER ICON CHOICE Key to
highlight the SUB Icon.
Press the UPPER ICON SELECT Key once
to display the current Sub total.
Press the ACCEPT Key to clear the Sub To-
tal and print the Sub information (if a printer
is utilized).
When all Sub totals have been processed,
cycle the UPPER ICON CHOICE Key to
highlight the GRAND Icon. Press the UP-
PER ICON SELECT Key once to display the
current Grand Total.
Press the ACCEPT Key to print the Current
Grand Total (if a printer is utilized).
Note: If it is desired to print and clear the
grand total information, press the GRAND
Key, then press the C/CE Key, wait 2 sec-
onds, then press the ACCEPT Key.
