CHAPTER 3 DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
3. Eject Roller 1
1) Remove the right cover, left cover and
PCB unit.
2) Remove the torsion spring 1 . And bend
the moving arm 2 to unhook the 3 fitting
parts 3 and remove the moving arm. And
also, remove the edge 4 of the spring
clutch.

3) Insert thin and flat head tools into the 2
fitting parts 1 and remove the roller
cover 2 .

4) Remove the gear 1 , right and left bearing
stoppers 2 and 3 . Remove the eject
roller 1 4 . And then, remove the me-
chanical clutch 5 out of the eject roller.
Note: Unhook the fitting parts mounted on the

edge of the gear to pull the gear out.
