18. Momentarily press the Setup button in the Programming Center.
19. Wait a second and momentarily press the Setup button again.
20. The Green Source/Test will go dark.
21. You have exited the Source Setup Mode.
22. Press the Source button on the KP6 and set for Source 2.
23. Take a KP-SC and connect to the KP6.
24. Press the Numeric button on the KP-SC.
25. The Numeric button should change color to red.
26. Press each button on the KP-SC while the Numeric button is red.
(The Numeric button will stay red for just a few seconds)
27. The Test LED in the #2 IR port should blink each time a key is pressed on
the KP-SC.
28. This indicates the UEI chip is sending out IR information.
29. Momentarily press the Setup button in the Programming Center.
30. The Green LED Source Test will blink to indicate Source Setup mode.
31. The Front Panel LED for Source 1 will illuminate.
32. Press the number 1 key on the SRC1 remote control.
33. The Green Source/Test LED will go dark.
34. The Yellow Cmd/Type LED will blink.
35. Press the two digit code number 99 on the SRC1.
This sets up the CAA66 for Learned IR mode on Source 1.
36. The Yellow Cmd/Type LED will go dark.
37. The Orange Code Key LED will blinik.
39. Press the number 1 button on the SRC1 remote control.
40. The Red IR Learn LED will blink waiting for an IR command.
41. On the CA-LRC1 press the on button in the CA-LCD area of the remote.
