UEI and Learned Library Test
1. Turn off both CAA66 controllers by pressing the Power button on the Front Panels.
2. Connect the KP6 to the CAA66 set to Controller ID #2 keypad port 1.
3. Disconnect the CA-LCD2 keypad connected to IR ports 2.
4. Turn on both CAA66 controllers by pressing the Power button on the Front Panels.
5. Place a test LED that has a 1k Ohm series resistor in IR port number 2.
6. Momentarily press the Setup button in the Programming Center.
7. The Green LED Source Test will blink to indicate Source program mode.
8. Press the number 2 key on the SRC1 remote control.
9. The Front Panel LED for Source 2 should illuminate.
10. The Green Source/Test LED will go dark.
11. The Yellow Cmd/Type LED will blink.
12. Press the two digit code 01 on the SRC1.
This tells the CAA66 to set the device type TV.
13. The Yellow Cmd/Type LED will go dark.
14. The Orange Code Key LED will blink.
15. Press a Four Digit Code 0000 on the SRC-1.
This sets the UEI library to output Sony TV codes.
16. The Orange Code Key LED will go dark.
17. The Green Source/Test LED will blink.
