of the fuel tank or add petrol while the engine is running or when the engine is hot. If petrol is
spilled, do not attempt to start the engine but move the machine away from the area of spillage
and avoid creating any source of ignition until petrol vapors have dissipated. Replace all fuel
tanks and container caps securely. Before tipping the machine (to maintain or drain oil) remove
fuel from tank.
WARNING: never fill fuel tank indoors, never with engine running or until the
engine has been allowed to cool for at least 15 minutes after running. Do not use
fuel which is older then 14 days. Old fuel in the fuel tank is the leading cause of
carburetor damage.

NOTE: This engine is delivered without oil, be sure to put oil in the engine before
the starting. Use only below recommended types of oil.
RECOMMENDED.OIL
Use 4-stroke motor oil that meets or exceeds the requirements for
API service classification SH, SJ, or equivalent. Always check the API
service label on the oil container to be sure it includes the letters
SH, SJ, or equivalent.
SAE 10W-30 is recommended for general use in the summer (for temperatures above 0°C) -
recommended oil CASTROL GARDEN 4T.
SAE 5W-40 is recommended for general use in winter (for temperatures below 0°C) -
recommended oil CASTROL MAGNATEC 5W-40.
Choose optimal oil viscosity that match the ambient temperature at which you are
going to operate the machine. DO NOT MIX OILS!
OIL.LEVEL.CHECK
CAUTION: Only check oil level with cold engine.
1. Place engine level. Check the oil level with the engine stopped and cooled down.
2. For better access to the filling hole open the engine cover.
3. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick (fig. 17A) and wipe it clean.
4. Insert the oil filler cap/dipstick into the oil filler neck until it stops, but do not screw it in. Then
