    SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE This product is exclusively intended for the use: - to mow the treated lawn of domestic garden. - for private use i.e. for use in home and gardening environments. Private use of the lawn mower refers an annual operating time generally not exceeding that of 50 working hours, during which time the machine is primarily used to maintain small-scale, residential lawns and home / hobby gardens.

Local regulations may specify an age limit of the operator. • This product is not intended for use by persons with reduced sensory or mental capacity or lack of experience and knowledge - unless they are under the supervision of the person responsible for their safety or if this person has instructed how use this product.

    PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT • Wear approved eye protection! The operation of machine can result in foreign objects being thrown into your eyes which may result in severe eye damage. Normal glasses are not sufficient for eye protection. For example, corrective glasses or sunglasses do not provide adequate protection because they have not special safety glass and aren’t enough closed from the sides.

    For general use all year round, we recommend SAE 10W-30 HECHT 4T. • For general use in winter it is recommended to use SAE 5W-40, HECHT 5W-40. • Choose optimal oil viscosity that match the ambient temperature at which you are going to operate the machine (fig.

    OPERATION WARNING! The mower must not be operated without a complete grass catcher or without a self-closing protective cover for the opening in place. CAUTION! Immediately after you start the engine, the mower blade begins to spin. Even after turning off the engine, the blade will continue rotating for a few seconds. Keep your hands and feet away from rotating parts.

    • Do not start the engine when standing in front of the discharge opening. BRAKE HANDLE CAUTION! In order to avoid any unintentional start-ups of the lawn mower, it comes equipped with an engine brake. • The engine brake is a basic safety feature of the mower. When the brake lever is released, the engine and the blades must automatically stop.

    CHASSIS The bottom of the cover and the discharge tunnel must be cleaned after each use. The accumulation of grass deposits, leaves and muddy deposits, etc. cause corrosion and can prevent the engine from running properly.
